Supply + Demand
With every investment that is explored, these questions are asked: Who will be our customer? How big is the market? Is there a place for us? If the answer is not yes to these three questions, then we will not invest.
Liquidity = Value
We don’t subscribe to the philosophy of “speculation of asset growth”. While equity growth is an important metric, it is secondary if assets don’t produce sufficient, reliable cash flow.
